Ansons is a firm of Chartered Patent Agents and Trade Mark Attorneys based in the United Kingdom and acts as European Patent Attorneys before the European Patent Office and also as Professional representatives before the Community Trade Mark and Designs Office (OHIM).
The firm was founded by Bruce Robertson in 1986 and offers a full professional service in all aspects of intellectual property, including advising on and obtaining patent and trade mark protection, licensing and litigation particularly in the United Kingdom but also in Europe and elsewhere. In 2002 the firm formed a strategic alliance with a Dublin based firm of Patent & Trade Mark Attorneys, thereby enabling the firm to offer its services across the whole of the island of Ireland.
